sunny747 Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 hello,i'm getting this msg each time i try to install winxp profile \i386\kdcom.dll could not be loaded.the error code is 4i formatted my disk many times, broke my partition, made it again...but nothing happens.....i'm sure my hdd is ok coz i checked the drive in other computer........i could see my drives.......i have 2 drives..but when i try to see my partition by fdisk, it only shows 1 drive which is primary drive. i don't know why........so i tried to install winxp on my primary drive but it gives the avobe error. I have tried 3 new cd's, still the same problem...even win2000 gives problem. any help? thanks..
Maleko Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 is it the same error with win 2k, and is it always that error?now, i had a problem when it wouldnt copy files correctly, and it was down to, believe it, faulty RAM, changed the ram and it worked 100% fine.
