[Help] - NTUSER.dat File Problems

I have a problem with differnet profiles at my work place. I had to recreate everyones profile on thier pc. When I did some of the people will drop off the domain. I was thinking the problem occurs when creating a new ntuser.dat file. Does anyone have an answer for me or some helpful advise?
