Hello,

I`ve installed a couple of HP Business Inkjet 1200dtwn printers on our network.

These are network printers. We are using a file and printer server with Windows Server 2003, i've installed the latest drivers for the printers. We sometimes get an error message in the event viewer and the printer doesn't print anything. This is the error message:

Event ID: 6161

The document rtdpur540101000 owned by user failed to print on printer

INKOOP_1. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file in bytes:

16836. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the

document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine:

\\192.168.50.66. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 0. The

operation completed successfully.

Can anybody help me with this problem.

Has this error occured only after updating to a newer driver?

Event ID 6161

some suggestions can be found above, seems to point to a issue with the print driver

No this occured also before installing the latest drivers.
