Nlite and ryans cab issue

Okay servere problem. I have xp pro with sp2. Its already automated with uwi automated deal. I ran it through nlite just to add ryan's cab to it. Which went fine and then made a bootable iso. Everything went fine. But the problem is is when setup copies the initial files to disk before rebooting it cant copy a s*** load of files. At first I thought it was my cd rw disc...so I went and got verbatim cd r's and the same thing. If I keep hitting escape it will pass the file and eventually reboot and install as usual. The copy seems to run alright, but it concerns me. Since a lot of them were sys files like usb and yada yada. This doesnt happen before I add the cab. Any ideas?
