system restore problem?

how can i solve this problem??

i try many ways::

-i changed winnt.sif: "mplayer=off"

-by using nlite i removed system restore

-i tried this reg code to enable it

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore]

"DisableSR"=dword:00000000

but i cannot find a way to solve this problem...
