Removing sp2 firewall before oobe

I'm posting this as I do need much help w/ the issue. I'm running the latest verson of Nlite and want to know after putting in sp2 into my win xp pro cd, and integrating the latest hotfixes and update packs where does nlite create or put the WINNT.SIF file that I can go into and modify? I need to know so I can go in and remove the sp2 gui before the oobe hits. I want windows to install then surpass all the oobe experience's even sp2 stupif firewall and auto logon under administrator for the first time. Could someone help or give me a hand and show me the breakdown of their edited WINNT.SIF so I know the PROPER ORDER as I know that the order and structure does matter very importantly.
