Classic Folders and Hibernation Problem

Hello, I am having some problems with my unattended install especially with the Hibernation and the Classic Folders. I have the Hibernation=1 under the unattended section. However for some reason, the Hibernation is not disabled.

Also, I am using a cmdlines.txt file which runs a reghack and I have the follwing in the reg file:

But this doesn't work either. All the other reghacks in the file works fine, however this is the last one in my .reg file and I still see the "Show Common Tasks in folders" enabled all the time. Can someone please help me with this?
