W2K SP4 makes hdd full!

Hi

i want to make a little german updatepack for some people which uses w2k SP4 but i have a little problem!

I integrated into the CD the UR2 and IE6 and DX9 but now the setup has a big delay (without .cat files) at T-39 Minutes and the virtual disk file is growing and growing! it starts with ~400mb and after 5 minutes its at 3,1gb! (the hdd file).

later it start normal as you know it from normal setup but i get a error which say me that the disk is full and setup cant write into registry!

can anybody help me with that problem? its hard to find te buggy file when there are 540 new files ^^
