Filter Mail by Date

Because of the restrictions of another software program at our office, I would like to keep the inbox as small as possible for our staff.

With my mail program, MS Enterage for mac, I can set a filter that moves all messages onlder than one month to a folder called "Old Mail"

In Outlook2003 on the PC, however, I can not set up a filter that uses relative dates. The date filter only uses actual dates, so I can not set up a permanant rule that works into the future,

I do not want to use auto-archive because I want to keep the messages in outlook, so people can access them from web mail.

I am a crazy or is this not an option on Outlook for the PC,
