[Help] - Web-based email in Simple Network situation

I've set up a VPN in a home, peer to peer, with 3 computers. all 3 are linked to a router, and the router is hooked to a cable modem. Only difference in the 3, the one closest to the modem has 6 users, 3 admins, and the other two are 1 user admins. The 2 1 user admins can access the internet and web-based email, the 6 user 3 admin computer can access the internet, but no web-based email, under ANY user. What's my problem/Fix?
