nudexp Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 Hi ... Not realizing what was going to happen I try the option in Outlook " detect and repair " Afterward I notice I had to reset up my emails accounts , I thought this was just going to repair any missing files and that what ever emails I had in my accounts would stay intact , Well I was wrong big time , Make matter worse those emails that I care about where send on the same day I try this detect and repair option , So I couldn't do system restore , Is there any way I can get these emails back which where in my email accounts ? TIA
TheFlash428 Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 You are right--you should NOT have had to re-set up your email accounts, strange...Depending on the type of email account, you should be able to find the PST file where the mail was being delivered. the path is "C:\documents and settings\[username]\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook"
