Creating ASM for Software\Classes

Hello all:

I'm trying to figure out how to create an .adm file to disable the preview pane in Microsoft Outlook. I was using the following urls as a reference (in which they state you can create an adm file to do what they describe), however, when I try to do so the setting does not show up in Group Policy. For some reason when I insert a KEYNAME with "Software/Classes/CLSID/etc" it will not show up in GPO. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone tell me how to create this adm.
