best option for power users

I would like to make a new Unattended xp pro setup and now I would like to know what the best way is to minimize the space used by xp and get full performace by using every tweak availeble

Should i slipstream xp and service packs manually or use Nlite to delete files enz...

I also discoverd the registery tweak program in the sticky, real nice but does anybody have a site to explain all the services?

then I want to install programs along with it

I hate the whole batch scripting so I wanted to use msi installer packs

I remember a program to make the msi packages but it needs registering to actually use it. it was called Wininstall Le I think

so if anybody knows a freeware / shareware program just spill it
