[Question] - Remove Restart choice

Hi!

When you click "Start - Shut down..."

A "Shut Down Windows" dialog box comes up (What do you want the computer to do?), givin you 3 choices.

Log off username

Shut Down

Restart

I was wondering, is it possible to remove the "restart" choice?

From Group Policy i was able to remove Log off, but still no luck on the "restart" choice.
