Kaladar Posted December 21, 2005 Posted December 21, 2005 At our office we have recently upgraded to MS Outllo 2002 with SP3. At first it said our old Contacts were not assessible but we added then through the Properties tag. Now when we click on the Address Book and select the "Show Names from the : "from box we have two items both call ed "contact" the second one works fine, but the first one does not work and we would like to know how to remove this "contact" item from the selection menu. Thanks.
JRosenfeld Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 (edited) Not sure this is the answer, but have you tried in Outlook, Tools menu, address book, then in the window that opens Tools menu, options; if the when sending mail section shows the two options, highlight the one you don't want and click remove.Another possibility: in Outlook, Tools menu, E mail accounts, in the window that opens select view or change existing directories or address books, click next.
