Update your "Misc. Downloads" sidebar links

Hi to all mods!

The suggestion is to check and update all your links on the frontpage.

For example, it's a fact that SQL Server 2000 SP4 is out for a long time and as far as I remember, Exchange 2003 (strangely not being mentioned at all) SP1 does exist.
