[Help] - Microsoft FireWall Settings &AntiSpyWare Problem

hi all,

I have two issues:

1.I have installed Microsoft AntiSpyWare,For some days it worked. Now It stops working. I un-installed to the product and tried to reinstall it.But setup is not completing.

2.I am not able to save the Microsoft built-in firewall settings. After each re-start, its showing as disabled
