Editing Word on Desktop Shell How to

Any idea how to edit these explorer(editing Build Date or customizing entry) for my custom explorer, what file do i need to edit?..

You cannot edit, because are not strings, that information is located in your registry and even if u change it it will revert back on the next restart.
