DVAmon Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Good Afternoon all,A little insight to the situation:I am currently using NLite to create a totally unattended installation of XP. Here are some of the challenges I am facing.1.) Large volume (1.2TB RAID5), for the 100% unattended to work I have to set it to AutoPartition=1 and Reformat=YES. Unfortunately, the test for this requires the box to have 3 separate partitiions. What I am asking is there a way to either prior to XP formatting the volume to autopartition 3 partitions OR is there a way to unattended script a repartitioning of the 1.2 TB drive into a 15GB/10GB/1.06TB setup?ANY assistance is appreciated. This is a highly time-sensitive project. I have gotten no help from MS, nor have I been able to find anything. I am assuming for the latter I am going to require PartitionMagic or some software. It does not matter what I have to do as long as I can get this to work without any user intervention at all. Thanks In Advance-DaveDo not hesitate to ask me to elaborate or provide any other information if it will help. I do appreciate it.

DVAmon Posted December 17, 2005 Author Posted December 17, 2005 I decided to go with a 2-disc installer with Knoppix running a bash script to create the partitions and format them with ntfs. Thanks all.
