Access Styles

I joined this forum to find out how you change form styles in Access. Using the form Wizard to create a form you are asked to select a style. Once you select a style how do you change it and if you change it to something other than the embedded styles how do you change it back.

After some research on the net I found that the picture option of the FORM properties eliminates the embedded forms but I can't figure out how to get the embedded form back. Your help would be deeply appreciated.
