HELP!

hello friends i'm MAD HAF a new MAD man in these greatest forums

i am making a MAD WINDOWS (my windows ) and i have 3 problems :

1st: i have loooooot of icons and i want to add them to my windows and i don't know how

2nd: i have a boot screen and a login screen and i wan't a way to add them to my win

3rd: i have some pictures and i want to make a personal log out and log on

i know that it's lot of questions but it's necessary

please help me and im sorry for my bad english
