hotfix install problem

hello folks i downloaded a hotfix pack from somewhere and i am installing 175 hotfixes total

the problem is that once it reaches 140 hotfixes, the installers hang, i think it was caused by that 150 catalog limit

so i am here looking for a way to go around this

i can slipstream the hotfixes to the I386 folder but one of my machines in the network restore a ghost image and does not do the unattended install method.

so what can i do here? and i don't want to recreate unattended setup config for that machine that uses ghost images...
