Desktop Shortcuts & Group Policy

Hello,

can anyone tell me how to use group policy to place the My Documents and My Computer on all users desktops.

The current configuration is server 2003 with XP clients. The users have roaming profiles, the current setup gives the users a desktop with only a recycle bin. They do not have the rights change the desktop them selves.
