Promise Ultra 133 TX2 Installation

Trying to install a Promise Ultra 133 TX2 controller and it requests the file Ulcoins.dll -- the file is not on the installation disk and Promise tech support says it not one of their files. I've done a web search looking for this file in vain. Does anyone know where it can be obtained, or have information about this installation problem? Thanks in advance.

I saw reerences to this on google somone had a WD HD and this file was asked for, Have you tried yuour xp cd? How about your i386 folder? Can you delete out device manger the old entried for this adapter anbd try again?

Have checked the entire XP installation disk, my entire hard drive, and also searched the WD, Maxtor, Seagate, IBM/Hitachi, and Promise sites to no avail. Also did a full web google -- only found references to the driver in submitted windows config files, but not the dll file itself.
