Missing Files during installation

I've used nlite before without any problems, but I recently came back to make a new more up to date disc and I've had nothing but problems.

Every disc I've made, about 5 now, ends up having files missing during the installation. Not only that every disc seemed to have different ones missing. I've tried many many different combinations, with and without service pack, with and without hotfixes, with and without any removal of componenets, etc. But there are always missing files during installation. Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to help me finally get a working disc going. Oh, additionally I have to integrate my RAID driver. That was a problem with RC2, however RC3 does fine.

I'm using a clean Win XP Pro SP1 disc to make an up to the day SP2 disc.
