USER names ?

Is there a way to get all the system that have been downloaded on the puter to work on all the names ??????

I have a new puter and have downloaded MS Works 2005, but when I try to use WORD it wotn work, says its not downloaded to the current user... well in the trail n errors that I have went thru, I have found out that if I switch to the guest name-then WORD works, but not in my NAME... this is rather strange to me.

So is there a way to get all systems to work on all names.. or can I delete all but one and get all systems to work ????????? Now I have to switch between my name and guest name to get my work done, which is a Pain.
