MS Works

After downloading MS Works on my new Dell,,, when I try to use the WORD it wont open, says its not downloaded for the current user.... so after uninstalling n reinstalling it many times,, still the same.

But in the mean time I have found this out,,, USER NAME is probably the problem,,, when i switch to the guest name I can in fact open WORD- but not in my name. So at this point im switching back n forth between my name and guest to do my work.....

Is there a way to get all system downloaded on the puter to work all the time no matter what dang name they are under...... I have asked a few times and have gotten nothing that works yet... Fact is Im really not sure when I ask a question in the right forum !! As I have been told to go to another and ask.
