Hi

Is it possible to make a bootfloppy that creates a ramdisk, loads winpe to the ramdisk and starts winpe. Using WinPE2005 from W2k3SP1

Not boot a RAMDisk FROM floppy, no. You can use a system that supports PXE, or a PXE emulation boot floppy (RIS has one, and two companies - Em-Boot and Argon Technologies) make them... Then you can PXE boot to a RAMDisk.

With PE 2005 you simply create the ISO as you do. You can the use it to boot via PXE. You will need a few other files as well and thet is documented in the Help file.

Alot of peole confuze RamDrive with RAMDISK.
