Installing Office 2003 Problems

Hi guys,

I need some help here regarding the installation of office 2003 to win xp. I tried the installation a few times, but the same message keeps popping up:

"cannot access win.ini at C:/windows or win.ini missing or you may need adminstrative permission to change win.ini"

What do you think I can do? Please advice. Thank you!
