afwon94 Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 I have encountered a very strange occurance after installing Basic Office 2003. Each time I attempt to open either Excel or Word, Office goes throuhg the opening process but as soon as it does open the computer reboots automatically by itself. I have uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled but the condition remains. All other functions and software perform normally. Please provide suggestions/insight on how to correct. Thanks in advance.
