startup errors

I'm having a little trouble with a msg that appears upon every startup.

"c:\documents and settings\john doe\application data\microsoft\addins\c:\program files\microsoft office\office\sbcmsync.dll is not a valid office add in".

any ideas on where i can go to correct this?

Oh yeah, i'm using Outlook 2002. and this started after an office install.

I figured it out people. A simple click on the "detect and repair" option in help and problem gone! WHEW!
