MS works

I have a New Dell computer with XP,, when trying to use the MS word it wont work-says it not downloaded for the current user,,,,, but if I switch to another user it seems to work,,,, but under my regular name it dont.

Just works under guest... is there a way to change, switch or whatever to get MS Word to work under my regular user name ???????? It's rather strange to me,,,,, all the other portions of MS works works fine in the portion that WORD dont...
