Query on NetDfsGetInfo API

hello

i have 2 win2k3 server machines setup as Active Directory domain controllers for example.com domain.

i have setup a DFS domain root - say "dfsdomainroot". now i am attempting to use NetDfsGetInfo in my C

program to obtain the information related to the DFS namespace - basically \\example.com\dfsdomainroot.

It fails with error number 1722 (RPC server unavailable). would request any kind of information

a. on how to tackle the RPC problem

b. if NetDfs APIs are correct mechanism to obtain the information ?
