Problems with Unattended Install

OK I've made the cd bootable. It gets to the point where it asks to press any key to boot from cd rom. It askes if I want to press F6 to install raid drivers etc. Then I get:

Line 22 of the INF file is invalid

Set up cannot continue. Press...

I've searched the cd and found 42 inf files. I have no idea which one it might be talking about. Any ideas?
