Schedule an AutoIt exe

I have an AutoIt v3 script compiled to an exe. When I run the exe in command prompt, it runs fine.

The script is to open Outlook; open another application click some buttons to run some process; close the other applicaiton; send email; close the outlook.

When I run the exe through windows scheduler, the exe is getting started and always in running stage and does not do what it supposed to do.

Any help????
