Autorun of data/game CDs disabled--how re-enable?

Autorun of my CDs used to work fine; mainly game discs I'm concerned about. I installed Tweak UI, which probably wasn't a good idea, and I think that did it. I don't know how to uninstall Tweak, but I've clicked "Restore Factory Defaults" and still no change in autorun. I assume that something in the registry must be changed? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh--Windows 2000 Pro, Dell Inspiron 3800, Celeron.
