Creat DVD that one can add pug and XP drivers to

Background, the boss has been nice to me but remains somewhat computer-deaf(clueless), so I was wondering if there exists, or I one could make, a bundle of XP drivers to burn onto a DVD so that he can just slip it into the slot, go to devmgmt.cpl and disinstall unrecognised driver, attivate and say " go fetch fido" and the DVD does the rest like as if it were a generic driver on a windows XP cd. I see that there are different levels of drivers, some with shells, etc., so what are we dealing with, what holds one back then and seeing that this sort of thing is far bigger than one DVD, I imagine that I would have to split this database between various DVDs. Anyway, your feedback would be appreciated, this then is my long term goal for being here.
