How do I get attached Template to UPDATE?!

I’m creating 100 MS word HTML files using an attached template or also known as attaching a filename.dot file.

Now here is my “PROBLEM” when needed to change the master template or filename.dot file’s color/layout and saved it, THE 100 MS word HTML files I created DID NOT CHANGE OR UPDATE! based on the newly modified filename.dot template... and the check box is selected to update automatically.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I’VE DONE WRONG? Or point me to a link that shows how to ensure that an MS Word Master Template can be changed without me having to open some 100 files individually?

Someone please RSVP ASAP.
