First off - That search box at the top of the forums is of great help. Simply searching "Integrate SP1" would probably have got you the information you need.

Secondly - Integrate SP2. There's not much reason not to.

Thirdly (and to answer your question) - follow the instructions here to slipstream SP2. For the rest of the hotfixes, check the Unattended Windows section or have a look at nLite.
