How to create *.exe from *.cab

Hi

I'm trying to install Photoshop CS 2 on Windows 98. I edited the main MSI Setup file and replaced all VersionNT with Version9X. There were also 2 selfextracting cab (exe) files. There are two msi files in this exes. I also edited them and made a cab file of those files.

How can i make selfextracting exes from this cab files?
