missing files after installing hotfixes

I am running windows 2003 data center on my server. I installed the following hot fixes

893086, 890923, 890859, 891781, 891711, 890175, 890047, 888113, 886903

When rebooted after this, the machine comes up with the message "Server

Service will not start" . The system log has the following event entry :

Event if 7023, The system cannot find the file specified.

After trying to back the hot fixes out, I lose my networking.

After much grief, I find tcpip.sys is missing in system32, I install it and I now have my networking again.

Still can not get server service to go, find svr.sys is missing in system32. I install it and now server services will start.

Got any ideas how I lost my srv.sys and tcpip.sys by installing the above hot fixes.
