Moving & saving Restore Points

Recommended Posts

XP Restore Points are a good idea, however, if C: crashes and you build up another drive, would it make sense to have had the original C: Restore Point (latest) backed up elsewhere to bring over onto the new drive? I am asking this "tongue in cheek" because I am not totally convinced this would work, i.e., same Apps would have to be installed on the new drive?, etc. Trying to save time . . . whatcha think?
