I am probably in the wrong section but was wondering if anyone has a solution

to my problem which im on the verge of getting a hammer and smashing the pc

up !

I bought a Phillips Freeline Media Centre LS1200, and the TV card it came

with worked fine. But i wanted a radio so I bought a Hauppauge

WinTV-PVR-150MCE card which is compatable to MCE 2005.

Once installed it cannot find a signal within Media Centre but within other

programs like Media Portal and and many others which i downloaded it works

fine and so does the radio.

I have it set for PAL as I am in the UK plu sits an oiutside Antenna.

I have all decoders i can think of including Purevideo Nvidia one.

I have reinstalled windows and downloaded new drivers etc but sitll no look,

you guys are my last hope!

Any ideas?

I had the same problem with this card. You'll have to uninstall the drivers and its software. If you were provided a cd with the card there is an uninstaller on the cd that will erase everything related if not try the website. Once this is done go the the Hauppauge website and download the latest drivers but don't use the ones under "Support for Media Center Edition" use the ones under "WinTV-PVR-150" and follow the instructions there exectly the way they are. Oh and by the way don't use the WinTV2000 Application, it sucks!
