Need help with network connections

Hi,

I need help with my network connections on my windows 2003 server.

It only accepts incoming connections on one of the network connections and if i disable that network connection the other one is accepting.

I wonder if there is a way to make windows accept incomming connections on both the connections.

I have one that is connected directly to the internet and one that is connected through a router and all the ports are forwarded to the server through the router.
