can anyone help me even if it's just one of these thinks

1. Set it in your own WINNT.SIF-file InstallDefaultComponents=YES under [Networking]. Read more in the "Unattended CD/DVD Guide" (link at the top of this page).

2. Has been asked and answered many times, do some searching.

3. & 4. Check the tweaks sticky in the forum.

5. What do you mean? Remove the shortcuts?

6. Read through the guide I mentioned in 1.

In general, do some searching before you ask questions. There is a pretty big chance that someone else has already asked/answered the same questions.
