no setup.exe

hi im new to all this, i was tryin' to learn

how to do all this so i was doing the office xp slipstream

when i went to do the admin install for office xp

i found i had no setup.exe only the msi files ie proplus it will autorun the install

do i need the setup.exe and how or where do i make one or get it from

sorry im very new at all this
