All of we know that telnet service had a NTLM validate.It's very inconvenient.I introduce the other way to cancel it in a nutshell.It's execute command "tlntadmn config sec = -ntlm " in CMD.

This way is invalid in some computers. I tested successful in Win XP SP2 Chinese Edition.
