Slipstreaming Page 2? Bootable CD?

WOW, msfn.org is the best yet!!

The article “Universal Windows Slipstreaming and Bootable CD Guide”

(Sticky Here in this Forum (Above))

http://www.msfn.org/articles.php?action=show&showarticle=49

or

http://www.msfn.org/articles.php?action=show&showarticle=162

says it is “Page 1” with no link to Page 2 and doesn’t say anything about bootable CDs.

Am I missing something?

Is there supposed to be a page 2?

Does bootable mean autorun?

Thanks

OK. There is no Page 2 to:

"Universal Windows Slipstreaming and Bootable CD Guide - Page 1"

Will nLite actually make a "Live" bootable image of the XP OS? Like BartPE?

Or like the KNOPPIX CD that is both a bootable "Live" OS CD and an install CD?

Or is this nLite made CD more like a "Universal Install CD" that boots to a DOS setup screen?

Thanks

Last option is true. It creates a universall install cd that boots into text-mode setup.

In addition, they use bootable word since when you just copy windows setup cd's contents to your hard disk and re-write them to a cd with for instance nero, it won't boot, i.e. it will be a simple data cd not BOOTABLE..
