well for one I have had to wait days if not weeks for someone to get back to me about adding domains and chaning or upgrading account. Not to mention they dont responed when there are troubles with the account on there part.

Also after looking around I find it funny that they charge a 5 dollar fee for a add-on domain when my current host doesnt charge anything for a add-on domain. There support is the worse.

As far as money, when a charge is put on my accoutn VIA CC it puts a hold on the money but wont show up for 2-4 days on my online billing statment, so to say its them I cant 100% but they claim its not, so we will see.
