Win2003 error registering dlls

Hi,

Can anyone help. I have written an application that installs fine on windows XP.

However when i try to install on some win2003 servers i get an error message :

DllRegisterServer .... failed

Return code ws 0x8000fff.

Though it does work on some win2003 servers.

If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.
